2017 ORYA BASEBALL PLACEMENT CLINIC SCHEDULE

The purpose of OYRB’s placement clinic is to make sure each player is:

1. Placed in a division that will allow them to enjoy the game and play with & against players of a similar ability.
2. To create even teams so each in-house game is competitive.
3. To get kids excited again about baseball after a long, cold winter.

SUNDAY, MARCH 19th | ORHS

  • 11:00-12:00 | Returning Majors Players
    players that played in majors last season
  • 12:00-1:00 | New to Majors Players
    players aging into or otherwise new to ORYA Majors
  • 1:00-2:00 | Returning Live Pitch Minors
    players that played in LP minors last season
  • 2:00-3:00 | All Coach Pitch & New to Live Pitch Minors
    all players registered for coach pitch and players ageing into or otherwise new to OYRA Live Pitch

MAKE-UP DATE | MARCH 20th | ORMS

This date is ONLY for players that were unable to attend on March 19th. Players do not need to attend both clinic dates. All players attending this date must communicate their attendance with ORYA Baseball Coordinators. Times will be dependent on number of players attending.

EQUIPMENT

In 2017 all players are required to supply their own glove and helmet. Please wear clothing appropriate for indoor exercise which includes non-marking sneakers (cleats are not allowed). Players should also bring something to stay hyrdrated with.
