YOUR NEXT STEP
Internships give students, community members, and individuals new to the field an opportunity to gain experience in organized youth sports. Oyster River Youth Association is excited to offer internship opportunities in several areas of our organization.
People typically think of interns as the people who take coffee orders and copy files. At Oyster River Youth Association we are happy to break away from those stereotypes and introduce our interns to real-life situations where they will build career-related skills while actively contributing to the organization and community. Whether you are looking for a required internship for school, an opportunity to get involved in the community, or your first work experience in organized youth sports, we have plenty of opportunities for you!
While internships at ORYA are unpaid, they will:
- Provide you with hands-on experience in your career field.
- Ensure participants have a memorable, fun experience.
- Challenge you while giving you a sense of accomplishment.
