Careers
ORYA is an amazing place to work or volunteer. Your involvement helps ensure thousands of kids get to learn and grow through sport while facilitating one of the cornerstones of any community.
Board Meetings
ORYA Board meetings will typically be the first Wednesday of every month and held at the ORYA office. The Board generally does not meet during Oyster River Community School District vacation weeks, and summer sometimes means a missed meeting. Our next public Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th at 7:30 PM.
Please email director@oryarec.org if you'd like to attend.
Approved minutes shall be on-file with the Director for public review.
Staff Directory
Kelly Condon
ORYA Executive Director
director@oryarec.org
Kelly is mom to 5 enthusiastic ORYA programs participants (baseball, basketball, football, and soccer players:) and has helped coach and/or coordinate in each of those sports programs, as well as served on the ORYA Board of Directors from 2022 up until taking this position. She began working with nonprofits over 20 years ago, has business and managerial experience, as well as a legal background. Kelly is just over halfway through her doctoral coursework at UNH so will be working part-time for ORYA this Fall while enrolled in Family Sociology as well as Childhood and Social Policy. Kelly is an avid sports fan - that passion only overshadowed by her love of family - so helping facilitate our OR youth sports programs is important and rewarding work. She looks forward to supporting the great programming offered by ORYA as well as seeking out opportunities to grow and improve the organization.
